Limited Warranty:
– **Lamps and ballasts:** 6-month warranty
– The warranty applies only to defects caused by design or assembly.
– Consumables are not covered by the warranty.
– For warranty claims, the equipment must be properly packed and returned.
– The cost of returning our equipment for warranty or other reasons is the responsibility of the customer. The return shipping after repair is at our expense, except if the customer refuses to accept the goods upon delivery.
– In case of breakage, lamps and quartz glass are not covered by the warranty.
– Warranty claims will only be processed if the product is returned to us with appropriate postage and valid purchase documentation.
– Services provided under the warranty do not result in a new warranty period or an extension of the original warranty period. The warranty expires at the end of the original warranty period of the entire device.
– We do not cover warranty claims resulting from improper installation or incorrect usage.
– Warranty repairs can only be performed by our company.
